By accessing or using AutoReview, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Description of Service

AutoReview is a review collection and management platform that helps businesses automate the process of gathering customer reviews. Our service includes:

• Automated review request email and SMS campaigns
• Smart follow-up sequences
• Multi-platform review routing
• Embeddable website widgets
• QR code generation for review collection
• Review moderation dashboard

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Lifetime License

When you purchase AutoReview, you receive a lifetime license to use the software. This means:

• One-time payment with no recurring fees
• Access to all current features at the time of purchase
• Free updates and improvements
• Continued access as long as the service operates

The "lifetime" license refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice (minimum 12 months).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AutoReview to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Generate fake or fraudulent reviews
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the operation of our service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Customer Data

You retain ownership of all customer data you upload to AutoReview. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process this data, including any necessary consent from your customers for email communications.

You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act requirements.

Email Sending

AutoReview provides tools to send review request emails on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent before adding contacts
• Providing accurate sender information
• Honoring unsubscribe requests
• Complying with anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction

SMS Messaging Program

AutoReview offers an optional SMS add-on that sends review request text messages to your customers on your behalf. By enabling and using the SMS feature, you agree to the following:

• Program name: AutoReview Review Requests
• Program description: Automated text messages sent to your customers requesting honest reviews of your business after a service or purchase.
• Message frequency: Customers receive a maximum of 2 messages per service transaction. No recurring promotional messages are sent.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients depending on their mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent to that number.
• Help: Recipients can reply HELP at any time for assistance. Support is available at [email protected].
• Consent requirement:You must obtain each customer's express consent before adding their phone number for SMS messaging. Consent is typically obtained verbally at the point of service (for example, asking the customer whether they would like to receive a review-request text). You are solely responsible for obtaining and recording this consent and for ensuring compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state or local regulations. You may not add a phone number without first confirming, within AutoReview, that consent was obtained.
• Platform role: AutoReview acts solely as the technology platform that transmits messages on your behalf. You, not AutoReview, are the sender of record for purposes of obtaining consent and complying with applicable law.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoReviewand its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents to the fullest extent of the law, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, from and against any claims by a third party arising from your breach of these SMS terms or any practices not compliant with the TCPA or other applicable law.
• No sharing: Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data provided for SMS review requests are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Violation of these SMS terms, including sending messages without proper consent or exceeding stated message frequency, may result in immediate suspension of your SMS privileges.

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with AutoReview, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Intellectual Property

AutoReview, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our service may integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these external services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoReviewis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the service will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoReview and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoReview, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
