I'm Eric, the founder of AutoReview. I build software that helps local businesses — dentists, med spas, home-service pros — turn happy customers into a steady stream of real 5-star reviews, automatically, after every appointment or job.

Along the way I got tired of the hype around Google reviews: the widgets that promise homepage star ratings they can't deliver, the review-gating tools that quietly break Google's rules, the "growth hacks" that get accounts flagged. So I started writing the guides I wished existed — honest, practical, and specific.
