How do I add team members?

Go to Settings and click 'Invite Member'. Share the invite link with your team. Members can be assigned Owner, Admin, or Member roles with different permission levels.

Go to Forms in the sidebar and click 'Create Form'. Customize the appearance, set a redirect threshold (so low ratings go to your private feedback page), and share the link with customers.

New reviews appear in your dashboard with 'Pending' status. If AI moderation is enabled, reviews are automatically checked and can be auto-approved based on your rating threshold. Yes. Only approved reviews appear in widgets. You can pin reviews to ensure they always appear first, and use highlight quotes to feature the best part of each review.

What's the difference between single and sequence campaigns?

A single campaign sends one email to your selected contacts. A sequence campaign sends multiple emails over time with configurable delays between each step — it automatically stops when a customer leaves a review.

How do I import contacts?

Go to Contacts in the sidebar and click 'Import CSV'. Your CSV should include columns for name and email. You can also add tags for segmentation.

Go to Connected Platforms (Manage Reviews → Connected Platforms). For Google, connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth and select your locations. For other platforms, paste the URL of your review page and AutoReview imports your reviews automatically.

Connected sources sync automatically once daily at 3 AM UTC. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime by clicking 'Sync All' on the Connected Platforms page.

Yes. Go to Forms, select a form, and copy the embed code. Paste the iframe snippet into your website's HTML. Embeddable forms are available on paid plans.
