What it looks like on Webflow

A real AutoReview widget — exactly what your Webflow visitors will see.

How to add reviews to Webflow

Webflow's HTML Embed element accepts custom code — paste the AutoReview embed there, or add the script once in Project Settings for site-wide use.

  1. 1

    Copy your embed code

In AutoReview, pick a widget style and copy the embed snippet.

  2. 2

    Add an HTML Embed element

On the Webflow canvas, drag in an Embed element where you want the widget.

  3. 3

    Paste the code

Paste your embed snippet into the Embed element's code field.

  4. 4

    Publish

Publish your site — the widget renders live on the published page.

<div class="autoreview"
  data-widget-id="YOUR_WIDGET_ID"
  data-type="wall_of_love"></div>
<script src="https://cdn.getautoreview.com/v1/embed.min.js" async></script>

Good to know

  • The HTML Embed element has a character limit; if needed, add the <script> tag once in Project Settings → Custom Code (Footer) and keep only the <div> in the embed.
  • The widget renders on the published site, not always in the Designer preview.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see the widget in the Webflow Designer?

Embedded scripts run on the published site, not always in the Designer canvas. Publish (or use the published-site preview) to see the live widget.

What if my code exceeds the Embed element limit?

Put the <script> tag once in Project Settings → Custom Code (Footer), and keep just the widget <div> in the Embed element.
